Every session is an intuitive reading of what is happening beneath the surface, 

combined with real-time, embodied work that allows what is ready to shift to actually move.

We work directly with your body, your nervous system, and your patterns as they are happening in the moment.

Everything I do is rooted in my own lived experience with relationships, sex, and deep longing, 

and in learning how to stay present with my feelings, love myself unconditionally, and open to deeper, more expansive intimacy.  

I see what is underneath—the patterns, the protection, and the places you abandon yourself—and I guide you back into your body, your love, and your aliveness.
